Please note: On registering for an account, you are legally bound by the terms outlined in this document regardless of whether or not you have read it.

General

1. As a customer, member, or user of the Delmondo websites you are bound by these Terms of Service. Interpretation and/or constitution of a violation of these Terms is determined by Delmondo staff.

2. These Terms of Service may change without prior notice at the discretion of the Delmondo staff.

3. Use of the website is provided as is and in good faith. The Delmondo staff may discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

4. On registering for an account, you agree to indemnify us from any potential liabilities or legal action at any point in time.

Website Usage

1. Your use of the website constitutes agreement with all of the above and following Terms of Service.

2. Any user-created content may NOT contain any illegal content, pornography, hacking/cracking information or tools, spam promotion, pyramid schemes, fraudulent content, or hate material. However, material perceived as obscene may be appropriate, provided it is intrinsic to valid artistic expression, so it is a contextual and subjective judgement solely at the discretion of Delmondo - Any such "obscene" content not passing the Delmondo 'litmus test' will be unpublished or deleted, and violators will be warned and suggestions made to - Habitual repeat offenders will have their accounts deleted, and their IP and MAC addresses banned.

3. Because we collect personal information about registered users, registered users must be age 13 or over with parental permission. By signing up for a registered account and agreeing to these Terms of Service you agree that you are either 18 or over, or 13 or over with parental permission. Nobody under the age of 13 may sign up for an account (but can certainly browse anonymously, and are encourage to do so).

4. Registered users should notify us on change of email address by updating their details from the administration panel of their account.

5. Any breach of these Terms of Service puts your account at risk of deletion.

6. Use of the website is free.

7. Use of the website is at your own risk.

8. Delmondo may withdraw service at any time without notice.

9. Delmondo may in the future alter the website and/or content without prior notice to users.

10. We are not responsible for content, however if you know of website content which violates our Terms of Service we encourage you to report it to a member of the Delmondo website staff.
